Chilli Mango Salsa
- 1 pc Large Calypso Mango Diced
- 2 pcs Fresh Limes Juiced and zest removed
- 2 pcs Red Chillies Deseeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 pc Bunch of Fresh Coriander chopped
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
