  • 4 cups Cooked Sunrice Calrose Natural Rice
  • 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Celery
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Spring Onions
  • 1 pc Small Carrot 100g
  • 1 pc Tomato Seeded and diced (100g)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Capers Optional
  • 1/4 cup Fat-free French Fries Dressing to moisten


  • Combine all the ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl.
  • Moisten with home-made or bottled fat-free French dressing.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with thinly sliced cucumber.
