Harlequin Health Salad
- 4 cups Cooked Sunrice Calrose Natural Rice
- 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Celery
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Spring Onions
- 1 pc Small Carrot 100g
- 1 pc Tomato Seeded and diced (100g)
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Capers Optional
- 1/4 cup Fat-free French Fries Dressing to moisten
- Combine all the ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl.
- Moisten with home-made or bottled fat-free French dressing.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with thinly sliced cucumber.
