Creamy Tuna Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pc Tuna Flakes (425g) in Spring Water Drained
- 1 cup Low-fat Natural Yoghurt
- 400 g Pasta
- 4 pcs Spring Onions
- 1 pc Punnet Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 Pinch of Salt & Pepper To taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
- While pasta is cooking, chop parsley, slice spring onions and cut cherry tomatoes in half. Mix drained tuna and yoghurt. Add parsley, onions and tomatoes.
- When pasta is cooked and drained, add tuna mixture to pasta and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
