  • 2 pcs Thin Slices of Multigrain Bread
  • 2 tsp Reduced Fat Margarine (e.g. Flora light), 10g
  • 4 Pitted Dates 25g
  • 1 pc Small Banana (100g), mashed


  • Finely dice dates; set aside.
  • Spread bread with margarine, then pile on mashed banana. Cover with dates and close with remaining slice of bread.
