Date & Banana Sandwich
- 2 pcs Thin Slices of Multigrain Bread
- 2 tsp Reduced Fat Margarine (e.g. Flora light), 10g
- 4 Pitted Dates 25g
- 1 pc Small Banana (100g), mashed
- Finely dice dates; set aside.
- Spread bread with margarine, then pile on mashed banana. Cover with dates and close with remaining slice of bread.
