  • 3 Tbsp Margarine
  • 3 cups Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves or Chopped Spinach Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Chives (or another herb of your choice)
