- 1 1/2 cup Spiral Pasta
- 1 1/2 cup Medium Zucchini Halved, sliced
- 4 pcs Plum Tomatoes Sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Onion Chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing Reduced calories
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Blue Cheese Crumbled
- 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
- Cook pasta until tender. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.
- Place zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion in large bowl. Add pasta and mix gently.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour over salad; toss gently.
