Rice Salad
Rice and vegetables in a sunflower dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown Rice
- 1 pc Medium Carrot Diced
- 1/4 pc Small Green Capsicum Diced
- 4 kg Shallots Sliced
- 1 Celery Stick Diced
- 1/2 cup Canned Corn Kernels Drained
- 1 Small Handful Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Vegetable Salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 15 mL Sunflower Oil
