Skinny Egg Benedict
A low calorie version of the popular breakfast recipe.
- 1 pc English Muffin
- 1 pc Large Egg
- 1 Slice of Kraft Free Cheese Singles
- 50 g 97% Fat-free Ham
- 1 handful of Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Fruit Chutney
- Poach egg. While egg is poaching, toast muffin. Top muffin with the ham, egg and a slice of cheese. Place under a grill until the cheese is melted. Serve with the spinach leaves and chutney on the side.
