  • 1 pc English Muffin
  • 1 pc Large Egg
  • 1 Slice of Kraft Free Cheese Singles
  • 50 g 97% Fat-free Ham
  • 1 handful of Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Fruit Chutney


  • Poach egg. While egg is poaching, toast muffin. Top muffin with the ham, egg and a slice of cheese. Place under a grill until the cheese is melted. Serve with the spinach leaves and chutney on the side.
