- 1 pc Cucumber Peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 pc Red Onion Sliced
- 4 pcs Ripe Tomatoes Cut into wedges
- 12 pcs Black Olives Pickled in brine
- 125 g Reduced-fat Fetta Cheese Diced
- 1 pc Spring Onion Sliced
- 2 cups English Spinach Leaves Washed and drained
- 2 Tbsp Parsley Chopped
- 4 Tbsp Reduced-fat Greek Salad Dressing
