- 1 pc Ripe Avocado
- 1 pc Small Red Onion Grated or very finely chopped
- 2 pcs Tomatoes De-seeded then finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Mash together first four ingredients.
- Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
- Best served immediately.
