Mushroom Polenta Tart
This aromatic tart is delicious as a light meal.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Polenta (cornmeal)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese Reduced-fat
- 1 Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Leek Sliced
- 2 pcs cloves garlic Crushed
- 3 cups Sliced Flat Mushrooms
- 2 pcs Red Capsicums Sliced
- 1 pc Tomato Sliced
- 1/4 cup Chopped Basil
