  1. Heat oil in a heavy based saucepan. Add onion and cook until soft. Add lentils, tomatoes, tomato paste, chilli and stock. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove skins from tomatoes. Add lemon pepper to taste, and serve hot.
